I am very happy to be part of Twins and Me blog and I love to share my culinary experiments with you mommy friends. And my first recipe will be Finger Millet / Ragi Choco Soft Baked Cookies which is a hit with my toddler. Hope your kids will also like it.
Health benefits of finger millets (ragi) are numerous. Many parents struggle to add this superfood in their kids’ diet. Ragi recipes like a health drink or dosa are often turned down by the children instantly.
Cookies made out of finger millets will be a sure hit with your toddler and even older kids. These cookies will add to their health benefits and definitely not compromise on the taste. It tastes just like any regular chocolate cookie. Crispier on the out & soft on the inside.
Regular store-bought cookies are made with maida (similar to cake flour). But this kind of healthy snacks prepared at home with love will impress your kids even more.
Do try these yummy Ragi Choco Soft Baked Cookies & comment your feedback.
Also don’t forget to share it, if you loved it.
