Preheat oven to 350F. Blend the rolled Oats to powder with the help of a blender.
Set aside in a bowl.
Grind Soaked dates, Banana & Coconut Oil in a blender to a fine paste.
For toddlers or adults, add the flavour of your choices like cardamom powder, cocoa powder or vanilla extract as preferred. Babies under one year don’t need any flavourings.
Add half of Oat flour/powder prepared earlier & grind it in pulse mode until well combined.
Transfer the contents to a bowl & add the remaining flour. Knead well till combined.
Now the dough will be a little hard. Add a teaspoon of Coconut oil & knead well. Add more oil for crispy biscuits. As I’m making for baby, I am adding only 1 tsp.
Make the desired shape of the biscuits as per your kid’s preference. For babies, make bigger chunk to hold them easily. You can easily shape the biscuits with your hands.
You can also roll the dough in a parchment paper.
Then cut it into desired shapes with a cookie cutter.
Or You can use small cups.
Make desired designs on the cut biscuits
Place them on a baking tray.
Bake at 350F for 10 mins.
Once done, flip it over & bake for another 7 mins.
The best & tasty teething biscuits are done. Thinner biscuits are crispier & round ones are for babies which will be easier to chew on delicate gums.

Tips

These biscuits have very less sweet from the banana & dates. It will be enough for babies. You can add 2 tbsp Maple syrup or other sweeteners when serving for toddlers/adults.
Make the biscuits a little thicker for babies so that it won’t break easily. Make it Crispy & thinner for toddlers & adults.
