Place the mini uthappam dosa pan on the stove and let it heat for few seconds. Now keep the stove on low flame and add Idli/dosa batter in the uthappam portions.
Add Grated Cheese on top of the batter and spread it.
Now place the vegetable mixture on top of the cheese.
Spread the vegetable mixture. Add Ghee generously.
Cover the pan with the lid and cook for few mins in low or medium flame.
Now toss the uthappam to the other side and cook. Add ghee if required.
Delicious and Healthy Mini Vegetable Uthappam is ready.
